Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy covers delivery for orders placed at boostnootropics.com and shipped from our Austin, TX fulfillment area.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00pm CT on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders after that cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, ship the next business day.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75+ (before tax). Below $75, standard shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Rates & methods (United States)
- Standard — typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited — typically 2–3 business days after shipment (available at checkout where offered).
- Overnight — where available; order cutoff and residential restrictions may apply.
Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and international addresses may be limited or unavailable at checkout.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number. You can also view orders under My Account.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may charge a re-ship fee or refund the product price minus outbound shipping.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, contact the carrier first, then email us within 7 days. We will help investigate and, when appropriate, replace or refund the order.
Weather & carrier delays
Weather, peak seasons, and carrier disruptions can delay delivery. We cannot control carrier transit times once a package has left our facility.
